To prepare: Add 1/3 cup of herbs to a glass jar. Pour boiling water over herbs and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain herbs and add the infused water to your bath. You can also add herbs to a cotton filter bag or wrap in cheesecloth to put directly in bathtub. Set your intentions for the essences of the plants to cleanse away negativity and bring wellness to your energetic field. Let the plant-infused water air dry on the body. Offer the plants graciously back to the earth to complete your cycle of cleansing.
